My name is Cathyann Natalie Neal. I’m the CEO and Founder of “The Guidance System and Guidance by Natalie.” I was born in Trinidad and Tobago which is located on the edge of North America in South America. Raised in Los Angeles, California and now I reside in Atlanta, Georgia with my husband and beautiful kids.

I help people achieve results! I’m a good listener and communicator who works well with Individuals, youths, and groups. I can motivate, encourage, Inspire, and direct my skills to meet your objectives. I always seek to achieve a high standard for all my clients. I am well organized with a clear and positive approach to problem-solving.

As far as I can remember, I was always called an old soul. I was always the one looking out for my siblings and others. As I got older, people gravitated to me and always told me their problems. But back then, I didn’t understand my purpose and I didn’t understand what God was plotting for me. 

As a Speaker and Guidance Coach, I do now. No second-guessing or questioning myself, I know it’s my purpose, I know it’s my calling and I’m so excited to say I’m passionate about my purpose!
