REDISCOVERING LOVING YOUSELF AGAIN

Welcome to “The Guidance System,” by Guidance by Natalie. Today I will discuss about loving yourself despite your situations, overcoming your guilts, and rediscovering loving yourself again.

Do you love yourself? It may seem like a vague question but a lot of people are unclear and uncertain about accepting and loving themselves.

Loving yourself is so Important! Rediscover loving yourself again because you were wonderfully made in Gods Image!

First, you must know you’re Important too! I talk to different people daily and I realize a lot of people beat themselves up for the little things and still hold on to the past because someone define them long ago. They feel they can’t make mistakes or they feel worthless because of how their life turned out. Let alone, they live for other people’s approval. How sad to live a life accepting negativity about yourself years after years and allowing someone to define who you are. And if your not mindful you will pass it down to your child or children but it stops here today. Through this message, I hope my words resonate in you. To fully and completely understand who you are, YOU MUST see you for who you are and to rediscover loving and accepting yourself again.

Let’s jump start here. What does It mean not to love yourself and what causes a person not to love themselves?

Let’s get to the root of the problems and start here. Whether you disagree to agree the majority of behaviors, habits and how we feel about ourselves stems on how we were raised. It starts in our home which cause mental damage from our love one or our caretaker. It could have taken place in school, job, church and etc…. which overtime cause self-esteem issues within.

It can be detrimental to your state of mind when you don’t accept who you are. When you’re not willing to let go or let go of your past. I understand the guilt you feel inside like you’re not enough. Tearing yourself apart because of an Image you’re trying to uphold. It’s only causing pain and suffering and getting in the way of you truly loving yourself and understanding how great you are. It’s not a good place or space to be when you don’t love you. And here’s why. It does two things. It keeps you Isolated and keep you mentally bondage. The Isolation brings disconnect. It allows you to start separating yourself from the world. Little by little you will isolate yourself from friends, family, relationships, etc. The list goes on. Before I go into detail, I want you to understand life is a choice. You must start choosing you! Stand up for yourself and be vocal for you. You are your number ONE ADVOCATE!

You’re not that kid anymore that had to accept and take it. You’re an adult now. You have the willpower to be vocal and stand up for yourself now. So, don’t not allow or give people permission to get in your head, dictate and validate who you are. Remember, you’re wonderfully made in God’s image. Before it’s too late, STOP being negative by Isolating and sabotaging yourself. I want you to know that good things will and can happen for you. YES, It can!

I’m Not dismissing your feelings. For some, you have every right to feel how you feel because some people have been brought up in an extremely toxic and narcissists environment. However, not choosing you and changing how you feel about yourself will cause you to miss out and enjoy YOUR life. Remember, you have one life to live so don’t allow people to waste and take-away your time and energy live your life to the fullest and be happy with you. I want you to LIVE not just exist. It comes a time when you MUST take responsibility and accountability for yourself. You are the steering wheel to your life!

To rediscover loving you, YOU must own that and you must execute the very things that’s trying to break you and destroy you. Sadly, we can’t move backwards to make things right regarding how you were raised, the people who had a hand in raising you, and the people who bullied you. I acknowledge they were apart of damaging your spirit but not your soul.

No longer will you give them power over navigating your life. You need to know you’re more than a conqueror. You’re strong and resilient. You’re ENOUGH for you. I’m here to tell you, let go and take back your power of rediscovering loving you again. DO NOT put your life in no one hand but God! I want to help you get on the other side and see how valuable you are as a person. I want you to feel alive and well. I want you to feel good about yourself despite of. I want you to know you were wonderfully made in God’s image. I want you to own that and believe that. When you’re in a state of mind of not knowing your self-worth. You miss out on so much of yourself. I want to challenge you today to rediscover YOU again. Yes! You can do it and yes you can live an abundant life full of purpose and meaning.

PLEASE take the first step today and say no more will I allow negative thoughts to infect me. Today I challenge myself to shift my mindset to be corrected and change. I celebrate me and all of my flaws. I will not allow my toxic past and toxic cycle to no longer infect me or control my present way of living and how I feel about myself. I know today I’m wonderfully made in God’s Image!
